General Questions

Is a person with a disabled permit allowed to park free in s Green P parking lot (for free)?

Canada
The most direct answer is NO and the City of Toronto site, link below, specifically says so. "An Accessible Parking Permit holder may park at on-street parking meters, parking machines or mobile only zones without depositing a payment during the hours of legal operation. Note: Exemption does not apply to off-street parking meters/machines (i.e. on private property or in Green P parking lots)."
